Which areas do you cover?

Is a heat pump right for my property?
It depends on your property's heat loss, insulation, existing heating system and available space. We offer ground and air source heat pump installation. A property assessment helps establish which option is suitable and whether other improvements should be considered alongside it.
Why is my radiator cold at the bottom but hot at the top?
A radiator only warm at the top can indicate sludge or debris restricting water flow, although other circulation problems can cause similar symptoms. Bleeding usually will not resolve this pattern. A heating engineer can diagnose the cause and advise whether cleaning, balancing or another repair is appropriate.
Why is my radiator cold at the top?
Trapped air is a common reason for a radiator being cold at the top while warm below. Bleeding may help, but let the heating cool and follow your system's instructions. If it keeps happening, pressure drops repeatedly, or the radiator is leaking from the top, contact a heating engineer rather than repeatedly adjusting the system.
How do I top up boiler pressure?
The correct method and pressure range depend on your exact boiler and filling arrangement. For a Worcester or Vaillant boiler pressure top up, use the manufacturer's instructions for your particular model, not a generic video. Never remove the boiler casing. If you are unsure, see a leak or need to top up frequently, speak to our team for advice.
